Ah ok I don't know why I kept thinking to rotate it after the belt was off. I see its pretty straight forward to just get it tdc rotate ccw then take the belt off, cam sprocket and hub then the shaft. Install the new one the same how the old one came out and put the hub, sprocket and belt on and rotate back and pin everything to make sure its in time. I forgot about that video it's definitely good information.
