Stopped by the Supreme Oil station I heard about here and filled up with some of their clear Biodiesel a couple days ago. It was only 15 miles away from home, and I was going out to buy food at the Chinese Cultural Center on 44th St anyway. My tank was about half empty at the time, so I'm running B50.

I haven't noticed much difference from the petro diesel I've always had to use in the past. I haven't tested it much yet, but my engine is perhaps a little quieter running. Maybe a little less max power too.

On the other hand, it feels really good knowing my car is using a cleaner burning fuel and the money I spent isn't going off to the middle east!

My reciept for the Biodiesel at Supreme Oil:

Biodiesel-100% 8.20 gals @ 1.67/gal = $13.69
Fed. Diesel Excise Tax @ .244/gal = $2.00
AZ Diesel Excise - LT Class @ .18/gal = $1.48
AZ UST Tax @ 0.01 = $0.08

Total: $17.25 (about $2.10/gal)

Not anymore.
Glad you found the Supreme station I e-mailed you about. I wasn't sure you got the info since you didn't reply...

We will probably have some kind of TDI GTG for the Valley soon if you're interested let us know.

Sounds good to me!

Maybe someone will come with a Monsoon head unit willing to let me test my custom MP3 CD Changer kit(VWCDPIC).
