2003 Jetta TDI Wagon, ALH engine. $5750 in Louisville, KY

Up for sale is my 2003 Jetta TDI Wagon, ALH engine. I've had it for the past two years and 40,000 miles, after selling my 97 ALH Passat. I bought it at 145000 and it's in the 186000's now, as I have a 60 mile round-trip highway commute. It gets 45 or so miles per gallon, 46.5 on the last tank, will probably get better through this fall, as I'm not using the air conditioner (which works well, by the way!). Solid performer. $5750 here in Louisville, KY. I'm currently tempted by a younger Audi A3, but if I don't get a good offer, I'll just keep driving my ALH!
Car has a few quirks/issues, most of them cosmetic, and not unusual for a MKIV
The is a hole in the drivers side rocker panel. Looks like a bondo repair.
Perforating rust on the passenger side front fender.
Occasional ghost opening and shutting of the sunroof vent.
Sagging Headliner
And as of this week the glove compartment won't latch

Is the car completely stock?

Maybe I'm wrong, but seems high based on the open and visible rust. Can you work on price? I'm looking for an ALH wagon and live in Evansville.

I mean there is a 2014 JSW with 80K less miles for 9K just down the road....

I would call it stock, mostly. I'm flexible on price, especially for people who find it via the tdi list.

Between the new brakes and the cooling fan, water pump and timing belt, I've spent $2,000 on it in just the past year--that's why I'm asking for a little more. At this point I think it's pretty sound mechanically.

Price is lowered to 4750, just fixed the glove compartment using aarodriguez magnet kit.
