AHF 2001 Jetta tdi 1.9

Having issues with power/limp mode. Car runs up to 2000rpm then dips in power. Doesnt accelerate faster when throttle is depressed further. Turbo spins freely, diagnostic shows that MAF picks up as a sporadic malfunction with turbo overboost. Relay 100 is hot after driving, also the 103 relay clicks when throttle is used.

hello. i have a theory for this kind of problem. did you check solenoid valve ? is it clicks when the engine is idle ?
