Just like the title says; it started this spring, whenever I turn on the AC it will take 10-15 minutes to actually kick on, but when it finally turns on it's really cold and works great. What could it be?

yep found it; and the cracked solder joint. Hit it with the iron and now it works great!Likely relay 384 and it is repairable.
