Vibration/hesitation at 1900 rpm accompanied by noise from driver side wheel.
Vibration goes away if you let off gas and back out of it and then accelerate heavily to get past, 1900. It will also do this occasionally in the 2200rpm range but is rare. Vibration is definitely isolated to the driver side.
Axle boot is torn and there is a noise when you first engage the car into gear like a creaking. I suspect it is the axle/cv joint but am not sure since the car has the om1.
If axle ... How difficult is it to rebuild ?
Anyone know of anyone who remans and takes cores?
I know oem reman only no cheap axles.
Anyone got one sitting on the shelf?
Thanks,
Dan

I think Raxles takes the core for credit if it's OEM, but you would have to call them to confirm.
