Hi all,

I was originally not going to put AC into the car (didn't have it from the factory), but now I'm thinking it's a good idea (something to do with 45 degree heat in the valley on vacation.....ass was glued to the seat without AC).

I'm wondering.....

If I hookup the MKIV compressor, could I use the MKII blower and whatnot on the project to get the "chill" into the car? Anyone have experience with this.

No TDIs Currently, I have an R36 Corrado. I've had an ALH Corrado swap, AHU Corrado swap and 2003 TDI Jetta
You will have custom a/c hoses no matter what you do. talk to a local hot rodding group to see who has found the best place to have these fabricated. I plan on doing custom lines and they should not cost over $75 a line here in VA. I would suggest you use mk2 dash componets and a mk2 a/c condensor (radiator like item that gets mounted in front of the radiator. you might want to look into a G60 a/c condensor if you used a G60 radiator.
