I have a 2013 Passat SE TDI with sun and Nav.
From what I understand about the AC
#1). In order for AC to be sent to the floor vents under the front seats, I would have to manually have my dial set to push to the footwells. Either the 100%, or the 50/50 mix or somewhere in between.
#2). To utilize the rear vents, I have to have the AC set to the dash position. This seems to be the case.
As far as heating goes,
#1). When I push to the footwells, heat comes out of the floor vents under the front seats.
#2). If heat is directed to the dash, the vents in the backseat get some heat, but from what I can tell, they don't get as much warm air as they get cold AC air. < Could somebody verify for me that this should be the case.
