Car is: 2011 JSW TDI, DSG with 87K miles.
Im the second owner, I just purchased the car 2 months ago. Its one of those "fixed" car.
Ive changed the oil and serviced the tranny right away cos unknown history. Tranny oil was very clean.
A good month ago, the wrench icon started to flash, upon checking the code:
P2711 - Unexpected Mechanical Gear Disengagement Upper limit exceeded
Cleared it, came back after a week, but it kept coming back.
But since the P2711 was the only code, I just replaced the clutch pack yesterday, fresh fluid, filter, dgs adaptation was done. first 200 miles was great, then it the code came back again.
What could it be? Mechatronic?
I just want to be sure before I spend $$$ on it.
Should I get new (oem) or one of those refurbished oem from ebay?
