Hi.I have Polo 9n 1.9 TDI 74kw 2007 year without DPF filter.The car in this moment is about 3500 km
Is it the right choice to use Repsol Elit Evolution 5W40?

No. Your car needs an oil meeting VW 505.01 spec. That oil does not meet, it meets only older VW 505.00 spec.
