I found this to be amazing.

After grubbing-out blackberry roots for a day, I put my very muddy overalls in the washer and put it on Heavy duty, hot water (a 108 minute wash cycle). Then I put them in the dryer on high for another hour.

Oh, yeah, the key fob was in the pocket!

When I fished the fob out of the dryer it was too hot to handle, very badly scuffed, but otherwise recognizable and intact. I put it in the freezer to cool it.

10 minutes later, I went out into the garage and it operated flawlessly.

Two weeks later, still going strong!

over an hour and a half in hot water followed by another on high heat drying.

Robust!
