Tdi mechanic needed in GA

I need a mechanic in the southern states to possibly breakdown my engine. I may have run my engine with a q-tip in my #1 cylinder. Please help.

How did a q-tip get into #1 cylander?

Yes, I'm noisy. Were you changing gps, and trying to clean out the gp hole?
