Help me find a TSB

Hi,

I would like to find the TSB pertaining to ECM software update 9972 for my car. This update was made available in 2014.

The complete ECM update identifier is 03L 906 023 CR 9972. The TPI for a previous update 9971, is 2021663/18, if that helps.

what are you looking for specifically. Typically reflash will be, if at or lower than xxxx software, update to xxxx via scan tool. Only a dealer can do this. I can look for you but I'm in the states, not sure if a Polo will pull up, but I can try. I will need your vin.
