Yeah when you burn wood to heat your house in Manitoba and your buddy says he has free wood and your truck is down. The Jetta gets abused...

Bonus shot, this is the absolute worse thing I ever did to my car. That was probably 1700lbs I don't even want to think about how much it was. Only have to drive 1 km though. To get to my trailer. Something like 64 boxes of flooring.
Power wise and brake wise it felt like nothing.

Honestly It drove smoother with a load in it (stiff shocks) and I could barely tell I was hauling anything. But yeah won't do that again(except hauling wood again today but less)... I should get me some of those wagon towing springs (oh wait that doesn't solve anything )
