Garrett GT1749V part#s?

Why does Garrett have two part#s for the GT1749V (BEW) turbo?

Garrett part#s 778445-0001 & 778445-5001S appear to be the same GT1749V with 49mm wheel/ 55 trim/ .46 AR. Why the separate part#s?
It would make sense if one was ALH and one BEW specific but both turbo have smart actuators. Does one have a billet comp wheel?

-0001 is OE which is in car from factory or if you buy at the stealer.
-5001S is aftermarket Garrett.
Same turbo, different price tag.
