MKV Key Cylinder replacement

Hey everybody, so I had the dreaded key stuck in the switch issue last week.
I ordered the steering lock piece for the ignition and just finished swapping everything over and buttoning it back up but now I have Immobilizer Active...

I swapped the module on the ignition with the original one off my car, idk what to do now. Everything seems to be plugged up correctly.

I have VCDS just don't know what to do with it here.

You do not have to mess with the immo at all when you do this. So I am assuming you forgot to plug something in, perhaps the transponder ring which is its own little tiny plug. Unless of course you also ordered a new key, then THAT will need to be synced to the car.. VCDS cannot do that.

I only ever get the housing and, if necessary, the new cylinder.
