Whadda VW Say Today??

It's Nov 20 and I can't find a thing on what, if anything, VW announced today.
Anyone know??

VW presented its fix to CARB, but details are not yet public. Look in the big thread right near the end. There is a link to an article and of course there is already a discussion about this going on. I'm not sure we need another thread about this.
