Default Timing Belt Change in Saskatchewan or Alberta?

I am coming up to my timing belt change in another 8000 kms. Any advice as to a good dealership or TDI club member in SK or AB that would be willling to change it for me? I was hoping to get it changed in Ontario at Bellville VW on the way to my sisters, but I will have too many kms by then. Can a person go over the 96000 km (I have a manual) interval by an extra 2500 to 4000 kms without any problem?

Thanks for your help.

David

If it was my car, I'd be willing to exceed the _recommended_ interval for changing the timing belt by a few thousand miles or kilometers, in order to get it done right.

That said, I probably wouldn't go 15-20k miles over the recommended mileage.

Make your appointment at Bellville, and stop worrying.
