Default 2012 New Beetle (non TDI)

It looks way better than the previous generation of the Beetle. Now it really seams a baby Porsche, donīt you think?

I test drove two of these. A 2.5 L model and the 2.0 Turbo model, both automatics. The 2.5 is a conventional autobox and the 2.0 T is the DSG. There are two things I don't like about the Beetle:

1. goofy clicking too fast turn signal sounds.
2. dumb idea of shiny paint on parts of dashboard. Have fun with that while driving in the sun.
