That's a gtb2260 not the Darkside 2872. I very much doubt the 2872 makes 2 bar by 2500 rpm on a 2.0 4 cyl. A 2260 is about as big as I'd want to go on a 2L tdi used as a daily.

You're right I got my tabs mixed up when looking at the graphs. Did you check out the BEW graph? Looks decent, and I will have stage 2 injectors and CP3 before swapping the CR170 for the GTD.

Edit: Decent from the point of view of spooling, not demand vs. actual.

100hp at 2200 rpm is plenty for daily driving

I'd bet mine makes around 70hp at 2k with the oversized compounds, plenty enough to get around. Need more, just shift on the governor.

Yeah, with good tuning the gtb2260 can make a nice 4 cyl. daily driver. Especially for those who like to drive aggressively.
