Climate control 2009 Audi q7 tdi

My 2009 Audi q7 a/c is blowing cold air on the driver side and hot air on the passenger side. I was told that it's the climate control not switching between cold and heat, can anyone tell me where to find it if it it's under the clove box or under the hood. Or a Web site that shows me how to clean them. Thanks
