2011 Golf GTI entire trunk on 2012 Golf TDI

Hi All,

I found a car parting out their trunk. Specifically a 2011 golf GTI - and am getting it for dirt cheap (as in much cheaper than trying to source a GTI Spoiler & installing it)


I was wondering if it was plug & play for my current trunk on my 2012 TDI.

Were you thinking of swapping the entire hatch? I'm pretty sure it would bolt right up, but the paint might not be a perfect match. I think the gti black paint has some metallic in it.
