Hire the mechanic as a chauffeur?

Unplug the crankcase ventilation heater and see if that stops the problem. It is located where the small crank case ventilation tube connects to the large intake tube.

sorry about the delay-appears that this model does not have the crankcase ventilationheater -checked the pipe that comes from the rocker cover to the inlet pipe and no electrical connections .Any other ideas?Could this be a problem of the ECM?To isolate the problem they have now put individual fuses to each component-now it blows one fuse to the brake light switch, and gives the codes for the brake light switch andthe low speed fan, have changed the brake light switch and the wiring has been checked but still blows the fuse,on checking the wiring diagram the brake light seems to power the ecm so they now say that it is a fault with the ecm but not sure -any thoughts gratefully accepted
