Swapping DSG Transmission 2011 Golf <--> 2010 JSW

Hi, I'm looking at swapping DSG transmissions between a 2010 Sportwagen TDI and a 2011 Golf TDI (buyback issue). I understand they're the same transmission but they still differ somehow (2010 code is LTE while 2011 is MSV)
The actual swapping I can do but I'm wondering what the difference entails when I actually start up the car and such. Do I have to recode it with VCDS or something? Any insight will be super helpful before I decide to actually take them out. Thanks

LTE, MSV - almost this same
Golf 5 , Passat , Jetta , Eos might use this same engine , but different DSG CODE , that is why is soo many numbers

Awesome, so you're saying I don't have anything else to do other than swap, and clear check engine codes if they pop up? Or some kind of coding in VCDS?
