ESP Light after 10 mins

I have a 2004 Jetta TDI 280,000 miles. For the last couple months after about 10 mins either driving or standing the Traction control light illuminates for no apparent reason (consistently). I have scanned for codes while the light is on and only get an "implausible signal alternator load" and "O2 sensor too rich". I did a full scan of all modules and no other faults found. The only other thing noticed was under abs brake control unit it referenced to check engine module. Anyone had this? Any ideas what would cause it? Thanks

Ok figured this out. While doing a clutch change I found a broken wire on the electrical connector that mounts to the top of the starter. It was wire #1 coming out of the connector, repaired wire...no more esp light.
