I'm all out...
I cleaned the sticky vanes in my '00 ALH yesterday and verified the actuator moves at approx. 2-3"hg and stops moving around 15"hg.

I ran a couple 3rd gear pulls and the final in 4th, logging requested and actual boost pressures. To my surprise, the actual boost is usually exceeding requested by a small margin. Based on the log below, is the an acceptable level of boost control of the stock VNT15? (stock tuning, stock nozzles, stock everything.)

99.5 MK4 Jetta (ALH) "Betty" (sold), 2005 MK4 Jetta (BEW) "Stinky-Pete"
The graph shows the N75 is controlling the boost but might do slightly better with a new vacuum hose to the VNT actuator.
