La Area first in 2 months

Hey guys (and gals) I saw my first TDI in months today. On Culver blvd around 17:00. A 2009 just like mine with NAV (even more rare) only difference was the color she was driving a platinum grey it looked very nice.
I don't get why these are so rare in Southern California.
