As you know I am a newbie to diesel mods and you guys have always been great help. I know there is no better place to ask this so here I go.

I am getting ready to start ordering parts and I want to be sure I do this right. The specialist I had helping me is now out of the picture. He had his life turned upside down by an ex-wife so I am on my own. Here is where I am.

2013 Passat TDI NMS CKRA. The 6-speed DSG auto trans has been hardened and has a tune. No rev limiter, launch control, traction control on/off button etc etc.
I have in my possession
GTB2260VK turbo with the vacuum actuator mod completed
aFe 2.5 Cat-Back
Neuspeed Discharge Pipe

Going to order
Darkside GTB Turbo Kit for 2.0 16v Common Rail Engines - No turbo option
https://www.darksidedevelopments.co...kit-for-2-0-16v-common-rail-engines-2011.html
Darkside 2.0 16v TDI PD, PPD and CR EGR Delete/Race Pipe
https://www.darksidedevelopments.co...v-tdi-pd-ppd-and-cr-egr-delete-race-pipe.html
4 BAR MAP Manifold Pressure Sensor - Will work with Darkside to get the exact model needed
Oil Return Fitting and Gasket for turbo
Exhaust Studs for turbo
Mityvac Vacuum Testing Tool

So from here I am hoping you can help me fill the gap. I am sure I have missed other parts I will need to complete this

Do I need to add in Intercooler for this configuration such as this? https://www.darksidedevelopments.co...audi-s3-intercooler-with-alloy-end-tanks.html

Would an Front Mounted Engine Oil Cooler Kit such as this be wise/prudent? https://www.darksidedevelopments.co...0-tdi-oval-port-common-rail-engines-2011.html

Thank you all immensely for your help. As always I am forever grateful for your guidance!! :):):)

Why darkside? I don't believe those across the pond have the same CRKA engine so it may not be 100% match.

Does Rawteck has same things to do you well and offer a black friday/cyber monday sale going on.

As for the accessories what are you doing with the car? constantly WOT pulls at a track? or just looking for max numbers? I'd hold off on the others soon as you notice high IAT temps and high coolant temps.

So far I can only find 2 places in the that make a manifold for my NMS, Bison and Darkside. Both are in Europe and only Darkside sells a manifold and matching downpipe kit. The Bison manifold looks to be just as good as Darksides, but I would have to either fab my own downpipe, or modify something from Rawtek. Either way the cost is going to be roughly the same.

I too have to question how they can know for sure that manifold will work with my car. And I planned on further conformation before I send any money. The NMS only had 1 engine choice whereas the B7 had 3 and none of them are the same, although I would assume some are pretty close.

I am looking for more at constant WOT pulls, although I do not expect this TDI to sustain that for long periods of time, and that is OK.

I'd say stay stock and monitor stuff and see where money is worth spending.

Biggest concern i'd have like you mentioned, B7 is not NMS and I foresee that biting you

From what I've seen NMS is just rehashed MK5 stuff (suspension mostly) but obviously they must have made changes that are NMS specific, and I'm not sure what.

Also remember you have a W2A inner-cooler, so that one you liked will look mighty pretty on your shelf and that's about it.
