Low Beam pattern on ecodes

I just got new Hella ecodes installed today! BIG IMPROVEMENT! The drivers side light pattern seems to drop off very sharply where the passenger side extends further out. Is there a different spec setting over the factory light? They were professionaly installed and may need a little fine tuning. How far out should the left driver light beam go before it drops off. No problem with the High Beams. I have a TDI 04 Wagon. Thanks !!!
