2013 Jetta Sportwagen TDI
I just bought a 2013 Jetta Sportwagen TDI, manual transmission. After I got it home, I noticed that the sticker on the inside of the driver's door says that the car should have 225/45R17 tires, but the actual tires on the car are 205/55R16. Should I be concerned about this?

I also had some vibration on the car when I went over 70 mph. Other than that, very happy with the car.

The tires are Otani EK2000, and look brand new.

205/55R16 is a standard VW tire size. Not as harsh a ride as the 17" or 18" sizes that are also standard. Re the vibration, have the wheels balanced and drive more, worry less. Oh, and by the way, 16s are much cheaper to replace.

Lots of wheels and tires got swapped out with buybacks and resales. 16s were standard on your car, as pointed out above.

I'm betting the vibration is a bent wheel. The 16" wheels on JSWs are notorious for bending. A bent wheel may balance, but it will still vibrate.
