No pics (was too cold!), but I finally installed a panzer plate on my '00 NB TDI. All that was left of the original plastic shield was the driver side 'side curtain.' The rest finally cracked apart so bad a couple years ago, I took it off.
It took me about three hours to do the whole job, and other than the plastic filler plugs that push up into the frame being a tad too large, everything went together just fine.
Snow season is here, so now I'm ready to take on those big chunks of ice in the road! (not!)
