AFN tdi Engine in Vw T25

Hello Guys.
Im Bruno From Portugal.
Im doing a swap in my T25 multivan, but now i have some problems with the electric wiring.
Can you help me?
I think i only need two relays, 109 and 103.



What about the wires from the pedal and clutch? to Hearth?

Not really sure what you are asking, Have you changed the wiring loom
to a TDi wiring loom or are you making your own ? You will need a 109
relay in the fuse box as it powers the ecu. The pedal wiring is on the

wiring loom so should plug straight in. Would be helpful if you could
supply a bit more information.

Hello Friend.

Im making my own.

if you see the image i think thats relays will be ok, but in relay 109 theres one wire, i think nothing in?

the pedals, i dont have the sensors in T25.

Basic relay knowledge

J317 AKA Relay 109

30 - 12V power constant
85 - To the ECU (negative trigger for relay)
86 - 12V power constant
87 - Output > to ECU, N75, MAF, etc etc etc etc

Engine already Works.


Thanks.

But now i have two problems.

1- No RPM in the tacho. I only try in the blue wire from alternator.

2- No water TEMP. I only try in the red yellow wire.

1-The original tacho is analogue and the blue wire from the alternator
is for the battery warning light only, you need either a signal converter
or an electronic rev counter.
2-Double check you have the correct red/yellow wire.

hello guys.

sorry my mistake, the wire from alternator is red and black.

now i have rpm, i have to change the alternator, for one with W line.

The original alternator from AFN is D+ and D-

now my only problem is the coolant temp.
