Does anyone have a test procedure for drivers door switch for 06 jetta tdi Please.

Tell us your symptoms. No real procedure as such. Usual suspects for a drivers door latch are the alarm not arming properly, the drivers door not locking when you arm the alarm or the dome light staying on. VCDS is an indispensable tool for trouble shooting these kinds of problems.
You might have wiring harness issues inside the door if your car is an early 2006.

i found the hot lead. is bad it wouldn't beep so i replace that lead.

what a good vcds I was looking @ a Autel md 808 pro. it does a full scanner.

If your not going to buy an actual VCDS, don't throw your money away on the way overpriced Audel generic scan tool. No. the Audel tool does not have the functionality of VCDS.
