I have the same code. Apparently it can be triggered when the battery is disconnected. Clear the code and see what happens.

Here's the Ross-Tech wiki.

Ive clear the codes via VCDS once and it came back, do i need to take the batt terminals off and touch the positive and negative together for a moment to make sure all power is discharged from the controllers? I read this on a thread somewhere.

Well, I'm not a guru, but AFAIK the battery terminal touching thing won't help you here. If you've cleared the code with VCDS and it returned then you have an actual problem. Probably something simple like a connector contact resistance that's causing a voltage drop. But....I haven't started to troubleshoot this yet on my own car so I don't really know at this point.

B+ signifies positive input voltage. Input to what, I am not sure. The airbag control unit, maybe? I would locate all yellow air bag connectors and unplug and reseat (plug in again) to see if that works. DISCONNECT THE BATTERY FIRST, though!
