Passat IC icing? or just jetta?

Hey guys - looking for some quick guidance. Would the 2012 DSG Passat have the same issues as the 2012 Jetta in terms of these IC icing issues I am hearing about? Thinking about pulling the trigger on the Passat just to not have to deal with this headache from the Jetta (of course, including its a nicer bigger car too) -

Passat has a 100% different setup, so it probably won't have the same problem, but could have its own problem that we do not yet know about.

It uses coolant to lower the intake air charge temp.
