2014 Passat LED Daytime Running Lights

Hello All,

I have found a set of Daytime Running Lights (DRL) on a 2014 Passat TDI SEL that work straight out of the box with NO resistors. They are Phillips 7440 Ultinon LED Bulbs. They are currently listed on Amazon for $21.15 USD.

Just found an error

Whelp! After a week of no errors, I got my first DRL error from the canbus. When I start the car at night, I get a DRL bulb burned out. When I turn the headlights off at night. Then set and release the parking brake (this turns on the DRL), the error goes away.

I am hesitant to install the resistors : anti-flicker device. I might just return to regular bulbs. Better luck to those that try...
