Rabbit Diesel Pickup TDI conversion

Has anyone ever heard of someone putting a TDI engine in a Rabbit Diesel Pickup? Or someone hopping up the stock Rabbit Diesel engine?

I put a TDI in a rabbit pu,from a 98 jetta (ahu)using the jetta trans etc.Best way is to find a donor car.I can pm some pics.Lots of work even for a VW tech.Ya I work at a dealer.

I actually stumbled upon this auction and was quite unimpressed by the extensive body modifications.

I think that was just some file photo judging from the background. The text says he will relist at a later date after some pictures have been taken.
