Hot/warm start problem crank and needle sensor codes

Hi, I've got a 99.5 alh tdi that starts when dead cold but won't when left warm for a while.

16764 - Glow Plug/Heater (Q6) Circuit: Malfunction
P0380 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16706 - Engine Speed Sensor (G28): No Signal
P0322 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17654 - Needle Lift Sensor (G80): Implausible Signal
P1246 - 35-00 - -

There is a glowplug out - first code. Checked w/ vag-com while cranking and there is no rpm reading but I do get a pedal position reading if I step on the accelerator - so ecu has power so not the 109 relay/ignition switch? I tried a crank sensor but it did not help.

Any reply would be appreciated.

I just found what appears to be coolant inside the ecu connector. ***?

Pull the cluster, if the blue connector is full of corrosion, you have serious issues.
