All turned back to VW. Now a 2017 Hundai Tuscon. Not a single squalk in 10k miles.
Very clean and only slightly modded by the looks. Drive it and see how it feels. At 75k miles it should still feel pretty much new. Sun roof drains need to be checked. I'd also suggest removing the cabin air filter and having a look.If the car has been serviced properly this is one of the little unseen things that should be telling. Clean is good.

Certainly a nice looking Jetta from the photos.

Thanks, I ran the car through NADA and he is sitting just below retail with that price. I was curious how far below retail I should expect a dealer to go (in general).

I was a little worried too that it looks lowered. First things that come to mind were how is it going to ride and if its stressing the suspension.

I'm not super familiar with the Mk V or the 2.5 gasser, but:

Badges have been removed;
Windows tinted;
Tail lights different from most SE models (but not GLI versions?);
Trunk spoiler different from Wolfsburg Editions;
Chrome tail pipes similar to WE and GLI?;
OE VW wheels in grey not usually on the SE?;
Calipers painted red like a GLI;

Does look like it is sitting lowered, but the 17in wheels might contribute to that.
The engine cover is on, so engine mods are ?

Someone more familiar with the 2.5L line of options could add more.
