high fuel consuption!

Hi guys.

First of all, sorry for my poor engelish. I'm a norwegian ;p
Have a 04 passat 4motion with the 130hp avd pd engine.
Some months ago i had a problem. My camshaft was flatt and.
So i changed my. Camshaft with new bearings and all bolts, also changed lifters, timing belt and waterpump.
Problem is that my fuel consuptiong is gone up to 1,5-1,7l/h idling. An aprox 8l/100km highway driving and 11-13l/100km driving in the city. Any ideas?

I have checked last night with odis. diagnostictool mvb 004 pos 4 it vas -2,2. I sat it at "0" consuption then was 1,2l/h idle with warm engine. Tried +2 consuption then 1.1l/h an +4 0,8l/h. But i think torsion value shuld be 0? It's also slightly missfire driving in 3th gear around 50km/h and avrage consuption is still high.
Smells unburned diesel.
I have also cleened out the egr valve and checked that its closed.
