Where's my Money?/ Turned in the TDI

COMPLAINT: I turned in my '12 Jetta TDI Sportwagen a week ago in LaCrosse WI, facilitators there nice as pie; but haven't heard a thing from VW, and haven't had our money deposited in our account, nor received an email saying: "it's coming!" How long is it taking for People to receive their funds?

Did you receive an email receipt from VW at the time of buyback?

Yup, I didn't think so, but we did receive a receipt dated March 8th! So probably there is just a little delay in getting me the funds. . . But I looked it up, and they said 3 banking days, well it's been 4 days, maybe it will come today. . .

You should have received an email from Chase the evening of the 9th. Have you checked your spam folder?

I turned mine in friday, got receipt while I was there, and didn't get my email tonight. I'm trying to be patient.
