Definitely in for more info. I'm planning to upsize my turbo, but I don't wait to move the powerband up into the rpm range tremendously, so I am looking into cam or no cam right now.
My goal is about 200hp from my 03 ALH wagon and to use it as a daily driver.

That's just the thing. It takes torque production at higher RPM to make higher HP. It is a simple mathematical formula. The tricky part is keeping the low-end while building on the high end for HP figures like that. Cam and porting can really help. Takes careful turbo selection and tuning to do that without a redneck smoke show.
