Recommendations for TDI Mechanic in Baltimore area

I need reccomendations please for a TDI mechanic. I live in the Baltimore area and need my A4 front brake pads/rotors replaced. I would rather not go to the dealer. My preference is for someone who also has experience with TDI mechanical issues- timing belt...

Where in the Baltimore area are you? I am up in Harford County, about 40 min north of downtown. I like to think of myself as one of the local wrenches that you can trust. I have done more than my fair share of work on these cars. I can do brakes very easy and once I get my timing belt tools, I will be doing those too.
