Wheel? Wheel Bearing? CV Joint? Merely Alignment??

Help! My '05 Jetta variant has noise (grinding/vibrating?) coming from the front passenger side wheel area when turning towards the right. The car is also pulling slightly towards the left. Turning left quiets the noise. Can anyone help me with a differential diagnosis?

My guess is the left wheel bearing or maybe CV joint. Jack up that wheel and look at the CV boot, is it intact? Turn the wheel, do you feel/ hear the noise? Is it grinding or ticking.
