You will see also where I mounted my fan control relay the hose has a slight kink don't think it will hurt anything

Well I got home from work tonight, went to prime the pump with the vacume pump I got fuel to the pump that I had purchased that was supposed to have been resealed but I have fuel coming out from the back of the pump underneath, so the pump will have to come off, just one more thing

Been working on the rear beam, i cut it in half, put a slave in the middle welded one side and made my rear beam narrower from 52" to about 48" to allow for the wheels to tuck under the fender once I get the right width I will weld the other side of the sleeve, i had to reposition the leaf spring holder and the shock mounts

I went with 2 Wilwood brake proportioning valves for the rear mk4 disc brakes, couldn't find a scirroco rear proportioning valve, I made a mount for them and there not to bad to get to to adjust them

I got the calipers installed in the front, because there 11" brakes the bolts on the 2 piece wheels will have go be cut off because they hit the calipers, can't get shorter ones so 60 bolts will be cut off, Saturday we will weld the rear beam up and I can put the truck on the ground and off the lift I have another car i have to put a motor in

Time has whittled away, buisiest winter I've had in years, my truck has just sat in the shop, last week I've been working on it, tires were an issue to find what I wanted, then I had discount tire install my tires and they did this to my rim, i had to take it apart and it's at a friend's shop getting fixed then repowder coated, then back together, you may have never saw it but the fact that they put it in my trunk and never said a word about it is what got me fired up, the mgr is paying to fix but it's a lot of time lost

It's off to the welding shop, exhaust, rear beam, lower shock mounts, color matched bed liner, battery relocated, mostly finishing things up
