We bought this car new in 2005. It has been one of our 2 daily drivers, and I no longer have the time to maintain it myself. BEW, 276K miles (mostly highway), silver, 5-speed, all stock except for "dog collar" fix, good tires and full spare, regular servicing, clean exterior, 2 key fobs + mechanic key, smoke-free interior, no rust, no CEL, starts easily and runs strong, timing belt and water pump in July 2017. $2900 USD, cash only. Issues:
- oil leak at vacuum pump - 1 quart every 3K miles, no spotting on driveway.
- headliner secured with upholstery tacks
- no plastic engine cover
- superficial scratches on back bumper
- normal interior wear, cloth
- orig clutch, no slipping or trouble signs
- orig front brake pads at 25-30%, rear pads and L caliper replaced 2 months ago
- intake manifold deposits around 15%
- consistent use of biodiesel blends around B20-50 from large-scale producer (no homemade fuel)
