Hi everyone, I've had a 2011 Golf Tdi since 2012. Bought it with 35k km and at around 150k km, the DPF filter broke and to fix it, I had to pay $3500 Canadian

Do what "MBQ" said, and unless the conditions of the Canadian settlement are different from here in the U.S. re: condition at turn-in, the things you mention just don't matter. The car is operable, it's turninnable.
