Mild steel manifold flanges?

Is there a source for mild steel D-port intake manifold flanges here in the US? I'm assuming these would be laser cut or water-jetted. I know it's possible to take CAD files to a machinist, but I'm just wondering if there are off-the-shelf examples from any US vendors.

I'm currently finishing my ALH install into a Vanagon @ 15 degrees, and the last major hurdle is the intake manifold. My attempts to TIG aluminum have been met with abject failure, so I'm thinking of resorting to mild steel, since I can weld that all day every day

I've only seen them for exhaust manifold flanges, not intake.

If you have access to the DXF file for it, I can make you something under the table at work. Pm me if you do.

I could do the CAD work myself, but I don't really have the time or much interest in doing it...

hello,
Just an idea, if you have all the parts cut aluminum, I have taken mine to a radiator shop to have them welded together. good luck, Mark

Any idea what this would cost for a mild steel flange?

Well, I finally broke down and ordered a flange from Profi-Diesel in Bulgaria for a little more than $30 shipped. I'll update once it arrives and I build my manifold.
