Default Anyone in the Sacramento area?

Hey there, I was wondering if there's anyone in the Sacramento area with a vcds to help me with purging my fuel system after a fuel filter change. Right now i can't really drop the money on a vcds but the filter needed to be done. Thanks in advance.
