Default Question involving a timing belt replacement

Not sure if this is the best place to ask but here goes. I know I need to replace the timing belt on my ALH Jetta (also got the parts for it from Dieselgeek), only thing is I don't have the tools or knowhow to replace it. Question is who would be the best TDI Guru to check with as far as that repair while not having to spend a huge chunk of change?

As for location, I'm about 2 hours east of Edmonton, AB.

Please find someone with all the right tools, and VCDS too. You will need to check timing. good luck.
If you were closer, I would help.
